These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Andy Durnin Photography website.
By placing an order through this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About Andy Durnin Photography
Andy Durnin Photography sells photographic prints and related photography products through this website.
All photographs and images on this website are created by Andy Durnin Photography unless otherwise stated.
2. Products
The products available on this website are photographic prints and any other photography-related items listed for sale.
Each product listing will include relevant details such as the image title, print size, paper type, price and any available options.
I make every effort to describe and display my prints accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different on different screens, monitors and devices. The final printed image may therefore vary slightly from what is seen on screen.
3. Print sizes and borders
Print sizes, paper types and border options will be shown on the product listing where applicable.
If a border option is available, the customer should select or provide the required border details when placing the order. If no border preference is given, the print may be produced using the standard option shown in the listing.
4. Ordering
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected product.
An order is accepted once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.
If there is a problem with an order, such as an error in the listing, an issue with availability, or a problem with the details provided, I will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
I reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, for example if a product is unavailable, payment has not been completed, or there has been an obvious pricing or listing error.
5. Payment
Payment must be made at the time of ordering through the payment options available on the website.
Andy Durnin Photography does not store full card details. Payments are processed securely by the website payment provider.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling.
Andy Durnin Photography is not VAT registered, so VAT is not added to website orders.
6. Delivery
Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.
Please make sure the delivery address is correct before placing your order. Andy Durnin Photography cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, print preparation, packaging and postal service. Any estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless clearly stated.
If there is likely to be a significant delay with your order, I will contact you where possible.
7. Care of prints
Photographic prints should be handled carefully, ideally by the edges, to avoid fingerprints, marks or damage.
Prints should be kept away from moisture, direct heat and prolonged direct sunlight. For best results, prints should be mounted and framed using suitable materials.
8. Copyright and image use
All photographs, images, text and content on this website remain the copyright of Andy Durnin Photography unless otherwise stated.
Buying a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the customer.
Customers may not copy, scan, reproduce, edit, resell, licence, distribute, publish or use any image from this website for commercial or promotional purposes without written permission from Andy Durnin Photography.
Images on this website must not be downloaded, copied or used without permission.
9. Website use
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
You must not use this website in any way that could damage the website, affect its security, or interfere with other users.
10. Personal information
Customer information is used to process orders, take payment, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries and keep appropriate business records.

Andy Durnin Photography will take reasonable care when preparing, packaging and sending orders.
