Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
I want you to be happy with your order, so if you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch and I will do my best to help.
Cancellations
For standard, non-personalised items, I am happy to accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been printed, packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still be able to return it under the returns section below.
Returns
I accept returns on standard, non-personalised items.
Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to return it. Once you have contacted me, the item should be sent back within 14 days.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item has been sent.
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and, where possible, in the original packaging. Please package the item carefully, as a refund can only be issued once the item has been returned and checked.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
Personalised or Custom Orders
Personalised or custom orders cannot usually be cancelled or returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or the wrong item has been sent.
This includes items made or prepared to the customer’s specific requirements.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible.
Please include your order details and, where possible, photographs of the packaging and the item so I can look into the issue.
If the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, I will do my best to put things right.
Exchanges
I do not usually accept exchanges.
However, if there is a problem with your order, please get in touch and I will do my best to help.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and checked.
Refunds will normally be made back to the original payment method.
Original delivery costs may not be refunded unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item has been sent.
